megaWe're all chuffed that summer is upon us (not sure what happened to Spring, but who's complaining, right?). However, basking in the rays does ignite some bad habits. There's something about that heat hitting your skin that fuel's hedonistic tendencies (Ibiza anecdotes anyone?).

Smoking the evil weed is one naughty habit that rolls out with the sunshine - there's nothing quite like lazing about on the weekend getting high on Jamaican cigarettes to set an ideal summer scene. And then there's the devil ice-cream - cool to the taste, cruel to the waist. Magnum Ecuador's are the crack cocaine of the confectionery world.

And last but by no means least, summer-time induces a rash of skivilitis. Who wants to be confined to the office when there's cold beer and spritzers to be had in pub gardens? Plus there's hours to be spent reading books in the park or having barbecues in your mate's gardens.

But you know what? There's nothing quite like summer in London, and instead of feeling guilty or fighting against it,  we insist that you embrace all these naughty past-times and have yourselves a spliff-toking, ice-cream slurping, spritzer-quaffing skiveathon.
