Oh dear! I can see how this has become a bit of a ding dong for you.

You should come clean to your girlfriend and apologise to her friend. These things are best out in the open and I'm sure you can all have a laugh about it over a pint. But, there must be a reason why you lunged at this bloke in the first place.

I would suggest you have a think about your sexuality, and perhaps go and explore away from home. There's nothing worse than a repressed homosexual.
