I've just arrived back from a six month trip around the world – I travelled across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and America - and during this time my sexual appetite went out of-of-control. I was having sex with at least three different men every week. I've never had so much sex in my life. But now I 'm back in the UK my libido has vanished and I have no interest in sex whatsoever. Can you help me?

Dear Fiona,
This is a very common occurrence. Often, when people leave home for more exotic locals their view of the world is broadened, as are their sexual desires. More choice equals more action. Take yourself out of what now seems a dull routine and try out new things, such as ice-skating with no knickers on or instigating a stationery cupboard shag with that boring, balding bloke at work. He may not blow his nose but you never know - he could be hung like an Ox.
