I have just found out I have an STD and am too afraid to tell my new boyfriend, what should I do?!! I'm worried that he might freak out and dump me!

Firstly, calm down dear. Secondly, how do you know that he doesn't have one also? I understand your concerns about this, but what you have to remember is that we are living in a society where STDs are prevalent, so don't feel ashamed. I assume you are getting it seen to, and if your boyfriend really cares about you, he will understand. And maybe it would be a bright idea to send him off down to the clinic also.
