As Christmas is coming we have highlighted some cool parties to go such as Sunday Best's Christmas Party and in 'Into Film' we sit back in bemusement at America's Top Model 8. What's more we get all sweaty around the gills with anticipation over new flick 'Beowulf. It features an animated Ray Winstone.

In 'Into Food' we swan over to the uber hip Shoreditch House, and in 'Sounding Off' we get our Christmas winging off our chest. Meanwhile, Rosebud Hansen, in 'Out On The Tiles', tries to get as much on hers as possible.
